This revolutionary tool will populate any carrier-specific state approved insurance enrollment application based on information entered into the online system.  BrokerCEO is the tool a broker must have to obtain actual, underwritten insurance rates based on specific health information provided by employees, rather than base rates that are subject to substantial increase after underwriting.

Many health insurance companies have created, or are planning to create, proprietary online enrollment systems that provide some cost-saving economies of scale, but these systems essentially only replace paper. 

BrokerCEO, by contrast, will allow the broker or their clients the ease of loading the group's information into the System one time.  The broker will be able to effortlessly canvass health insurance companies for final health insurance premium rates, thereby eliminating the time-consuming and costly process of preparing and submitting multiple paper applications or entering data into multiple proprietary systems.

BrokerCEO, a secure, paperless, web-based product that complies with the privacy requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended (“HIPAA”), will allow brokers to attain complete and accurate employer-client data collection, secure storage and retrieval, and transfer of that data to company-specific enrollment applications for underwriting.  Once an employer makes a final health insurance plan selection, BrokerCEO will complete applications for either electronic or wet signature by the employer and employees for submission to the carrier.  Employer-clients will be able to simply update the stored information prior to the plan renewal date allowing the broker to obtain actual, final rates from selected health insurance companies thereby providing their client with the valuable information needed to make an informed decision about their group health plan.
