The number of employee and employer carrier specific state approved health insurance enrollment applications available in the system for each state. e.g. Blue Cross, Humana, Cigna, United Health Care, etc.

All forms available within BrokerCEO use the proprietary form writer engine to place all employee and employer information on the form to insure that it is 100% complete, accurate and legible. Likewise, all carrier forms stored in BrokerCEO are automatically updated as each carrier updates their forms.

The number of additional user accounts available with your membership over and above the brokers account. Each broker may have an unlimited number of assistant/support accounts with unique user name and passwords.

Further, each Agency membership may have an unlimited number of Broker accounts each with an unlimited number of assistant/support accounts.

Upon selecting the carrier with which your client, the employer, would like to write business you (the broker) simply click one button to select the carrier... the appropriate employer and employee application are automatically printed on the selected carriers state approved insurance forms.

Note: You DO NOT need to place the carriers forms in your printer. The forms are stored in BrokerCEO and the EE and ER data is automatically printed on each form.

As each employee proceeds through the process of completing his / her online insurance application the broker and administrative representative or HIPAA compliance officer is kept up to date with the progress of their enrollment.

The broker and employer have the ability to quickly and easily view the status of any employee enrolling or waiving coverage. Information reported consists of 1) has the employee logged in to begin the enrollment process 2) how far into the enrollment process is the employee 3) has the employee completed the process.

As the enrollment date approaches, BrokerCEO will automatically notify all parties involved if a particular employee or group of employees are running behind in the enrollment process.

Some clients (employers) lack the means to have certain employees complete an online application for a variety of reasons. BrokerCEO's proprietary comprehensive insurance form makes it possible to have an employee fill out a paper application. Thereafter, the broker, his staff or a HIPPA compliant officer may enter the employees application information into BrokerCEO.

Though this may sound tedious it accomplishes three goals 1) it make gathering a rate from all carriers in the market place possible and 2) once entered into the system the employee will never again have to complete an insurance app 3) the broker and / or HIPPA officer will never again have to enter this information on behalf of the employee.
